Such a fun experience to do whilst visiting Koh Tao, we did a group session (as beginners) and loved it! We learnt all the basic moves, the trainers can be quite strict but they want you to do well and have a laugh with you at the same time. A very fun experience to do.

Great experience at that gym for a private session. 700 baht and more than 1 hr. Its in a secluded area which I liked

Just did the one session with no prior fighting experience at all and had such a great time, it’s a shame it was at the end of my trip as I would’ve gone again. The coach wasn’t serious for us beginners which was perfect as we didn’t feel judged at all if we made a mistake or anything. But one thing is it’s very tiring, wear light and flexible clothing and bring water.

I did 3 Private Trainings in 3 days with Jame. I loved it. He helped me learn more technique and also practice and improve condition/power. The trainers in General are very professional , they push slowly and funny and friendly. Feels like a family. Very beginner's friendly. It's a pity I can't stay longer - I would have liked to train more here!
